Panzer IV FULL SIZE tank blueprints
Historically accurate replica Panzer IV tank blueprints drawn in solidworks. These hull plates are accurate to the millimeter and are drawn as 1" thick AR500 steel plates. There is a part file for evere single plate and assembly files that show how it all fits. The .Dxf files go into a CNC laser, plasma or waterjet machine to make all the plates exactly the right size and shape. Industrial steel suppliers or metal fab shops usually have the equipment and the cutting fees are not much. There are also files like this for the wheels, which can also be hand made. The tracks are an exact copy of the originals. I literally bought a museum grade, relic track link from a real Panzer IV, took thousands of measurements, and blueprinted it. The track links are solid cast steel and would be manufactured with the sand casting process, much like engine blocks. A foundry would be able to make the mold and cast these links using these blueprints. The hull and turret are complete in detail and easy to weld together. The axles, suspension, driveline and engine are NOT in these blueprints. This is a starting point, the rest must be designed and built by YOU.
